The Fall Literacy Assessment Window is September 2 – September 26. The K-8
Literacy Assessment Calendar indicates which assessments are required for district collection.
- Teachers new to DIBELS and easyCBM can sign up for trainings on the PPS Learning Campus for DIBELS (Sept 8 or 18 for K-1 and Sept 8 or 19 for 2-3) and easyCBM (Sept 12).
- Important: If you are a new K-3 teacher and/or new to PPS, make sure you sign up for the DIBELS training. Please check in with your Principal and/or New Teacher Mentor with questions about how to register on the learning campus or how to book a substitute teacher to cover your class.
- Teachers previously trained are encouraged to review the online refresher modules for DIBELS and easyCBM prior to administration to ensure reliability of data collection.
- Kindergarten teachers are required to give the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment, but not the DIBELS assessment in the Fall.
